Apple Authorized Service

Austin MacWorks is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Our Apple Certified Technicians provide the latest in service, maintenance and repairs on all Apple hardware and software including in-warranty, AppleCare Extended warranty, and out-of-warranty machines.

Our Apple Certified Desktop Technicians (ACDT) and Apple Certified Portable Technicians (ACPT) take extensive training and are tested each year to insure that our methods are the most safe, secure, and up-to-date.

Austin MacWorks makes every effort to provide very fast service to our customers. We know our clientle and work to meet their service needs as fast as possible. This is a priority for Austin MacWorks because we know it is a priority for our customers.

On-Site Service

Most of our computer service is done in the service center at our store location. However, we can provide on-site service if required. Please call us to discuss your needs.

Rentals

We can provide rental computers for clients whose computers are being serviced.
