Apple Authorized Service
Austin MacWorks is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, and our super-smart Apple Certified Technicians provide the latest in service, maintenance and repairs on all Apple hardware and software including in-warranty, AppleCare Extended warranty, and out-of-warranty machines.
We know how important your Apple products are to you, so our Apple Certified Desktop Technicians and Apple Certified Portable Technicians receive extensive training and are tested each year to insure that our methods are the most safe, secure, and up to date. Our Apple and Mac service and repair skills are top-notch.
Quick Service
We know how busy you are. Austin MacWorks makes every effort to provide really fast service to our customers, and you don’t have to have an appointment. Just come by and we’ll get you fixed up as soon as possible. Getting your Apple or Mac device back to you in top condition is our top priority because we know it is a top priority for you.
On-Site Service
Most of our computer service is done in the service centers at our store locations. However, we can provide on-site service if required. Please call us (512-323-6666) to discuss your needs.
Rentals
If we need to keep your Mac a few days while we diagnose and service your computers, we are happy to provide rental computers. We also provide rentals for small businesses, conferences and other scenarios. Take a look at the various options on our Rentals page.
iPhones
Austin MacWorks does not service iPhones.
